Survey Objective
The survey aims to measure the satisfaction of both trainers and trainees, whether they are trainers providing training or trainees benefiting from it.
Satisfaction Measurement
Satisfaction is measured for several main reasons. Firstly, it helps assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs from the perspective of participants. Secondly, it helps identify strengths and weaknesses in the training process, enabling the organization to improve future training initiatives. Lastly, it contributes to enhancing the experience and satisfaction of both trainees and trainers, leading to better engagement and overall performance.
Timing of the Measurement Tool Application
The survey is provided at an appropriate time after a certain period in the program, allowing participants to provide an informed evaluation based on their overall experience. Some courses require feedback after completing each course content and before receiving the certificate.
Utilization of Results and Decision-Making
The results and analyses derived from measuring beneficiaries' satisfaction will be used to improve future training programs by adapting educational content and training methods based on participant feedback. The results are also used to identify opportunities for developing trainers' abilities or providing additional training. Additionally, the findings support decision-making processes, such as improving resource allocation and prioritizing organizational development initiatives. These results contribute to building more effective future strategies, improving organizational performance, and enhancing the beneficiaries' experience.
